We are glad to see you on the official website of the Arbitration Court (Commercial Court) of the Voronezh region.The mail goal of our website is to objectively and comprehensively inform public about court activity which contributes to the implementation of the constitutional principle of openness and publicity of justice.
On its pages you can find information about legal bases of court activity, its structure, operating conditions, order of state duty payment and appeal of judicial acts of the Arbitration Court (Commercial Court) of the Voronezh region.
There are judges and staffers in the Arbitration Court (Commercial Court) of the Voronezh region who have:
the honorary title of Honored lawyer of the Russian Federation - the judges: V.Domareva, T. Krivotulova, L.Popova;
the judges of the first qualification grade (15 people, 39% from the total judges' number);
the degree of Juridical Sciences Сandidate – the Chairman of the Court A.Kochetkov, the judges: G.Semenov and E.Gladneva, the Head of the Secretariat of the Chairman of the Court D.Tislenko, the assistant of Deputy Chairman of the Court N.Garashkin.
